1.1. Starting the trial requires a valid payment method.

1.2. You may cancel at any time before the 14 days end, and you will not be charged anything.

1.3. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the subscription starts automatically and the first period is charged (monthly or annual, as chosen).

2.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Paddle customer portal, accessible via the links provided in the Service or in Paddle's emails, or by writing to hola@rbsautocode.com.

2.2. Upon cancellation, you keep access until the end of the period already paid and no further charges are made. No subsequent renewal is triggered.

3.1. Except as stated in Section 4 (consumer withdrawal) or where applicable law provides otherwise, amounts already charged for a current period are non-refundable, as the Service is provided continuously during that period.

3.2. If an erroneous or duplicate charge occurs, contact us and we will correct or refund it.

3.3. Refunds, where applicable, are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record) using the same payment method.

4.1. If you purchase as a consumer in the European Union, the law generally grants you a 14-day period to withdraw from the contract.

4.2. However, as this is a digital service, if you request that its provision begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been fully performed, that right may not apply under the terms set out in the regulations.

4.3. Note: SetupLab Pro is intended for companies and professionals; the consumer right of withdrawal applies only to those who purchase as consumers.

You can add or remove seats or switch between monthly and annual billing from the Paddle portal. Price adjustments are prorated or applied at the next renewal as applicable.

If a renewal charge fails, we may retry it and, if it persists, suspend or cancel access until payment is resolved.
