  • Account data: name, email, password (stored encrypted) and the team you belong to.
  • Service usage data: cars, sessions, tracks, setups, notes and other content you enter. This data belongs to you; we process it to provide the Service.
  • Technical data: IP address, session identifiers, access and error logs, and basic browser data, for security and operational purposes.
  • AI assistant queries: the text you send to the engineering assistant to obtain recommendations.
  • Payment data: we do not store your card details. Payment is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record; we only receive limited subscription information (status, plan, country for tax purposes).

We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.

To provide the Service we work with providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Render (Render Services, Inc.) — hosting of the application and database (servers in the US).
  • OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.) — processing of AI assistant queries (US).
  • Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) — payment processing and billing as Merchant of Record.

Each provider processes data under its own data processing agreements and security measures.

Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the US). In those cases, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or applicable adequacy frameworks. You may request information about these safeguards at the contact address.

We retain your data while you keep an active account or subscription. After termination, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except for data we must retain to comply with legal obligations (for example, accounting and tax records) for the periods required by law.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw consent where it is the basis of processing, by writing to hola@rbsautocode.com. We will respond within the legal timeframes.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) — www.aepd.es.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: password encryption, encrypted connections (HTTPS), per-team data isolation and access controls. No system is infallible, but we work to maintain a level of protection appropriate to the risk.

The Service uses cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for operation (for example, to keep your session logged in). If non-essential cookies are used, prior consent will be requested.

The Service is intended for companies and professionals, not for minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will publish the current version with its date and, if changes are material, notify you by reasonable means.
